As a professional manufacturer of online exhaust gas monitoring (CEMS) systems, we recently received an important client from Kazakhstan. The client's visit was aimed at conducting a field inspection of our CEMS products and technical capabilities, and ultimately successfully concluded the first two sets of equipment order cooperation. 一. Pre-arrangement and itinerary planning

The client arrived in Shanghai one day in advance by plane and then transferred by high-speed rail to Wuxi. We confirmed the client's arrival time in advance and assisted in planning the transportation plan to ensure a smooth journey.


二、 On-site reception and factory visit

On the day of the visit, our reception staff arrived at the client's hotel at the agreed time and took them to the company by private car.

1. On-site inspection of production workshop and exhibition hall

• We had already prepared a complete set of English interface CEMS equipment and related technical materials in advance.

• In the production workshop and product exhibition hall, our accompanying staff showed the client each component of the equipment's core module, circuit system, various accessories, etc., and demonstrated the operation logic of the accompanying software system simultaneously.

• Our technical staff explained the product in detail from hardware to software and answered on-site questions about technical details, performance parameters, maintenance points, etc., raised by the client.

2. In-depth technical exchange in the meeting room

• After moving to the meeting room, the client and our hardware and software technical engineers had a special session of communication.

• Based on the client's specific usage requirements in a certain working condition, both parties discussed some OEM customization schemes for accessories and reached a consensus. The communication was efficient and the atmosphere was harmonious.

4. All technical and business issues were discussed. After that, our private car sent the client to the station, and the client boarded the return flight.


三、 Follow-up orders and smooth delivery

• After the client returned to their country, they immediately sent us the formal purchase contract for two sets of CEMS systems.

• We immediately started the production process and organized production scheduling strictly in accordance with the technical agreement.

• We completed the equipment production, debugging and factory testing in just 20 days and successfully delivered the goods.
