Q1:How often do need to be calibrated?
Re:There are many interference factors during the use of the zirconia analyzer, such as the aging of the zirconium tube, dust accumulation, corrosion of the electrodes by SO2 and SO3, etc. After running for a period of time, the performance of the instrument will gradually change, bringing errors to the measurement, so the instrument must be calibrated regularly! The calibration cycle is usually 1-3 months, depending on the environment and usage of the instrument.

Q2:How often should the filter be cleaned?
Re:The function of the filter is to prevent impurities in the flue gas from clogging the filter, causing the gas to be unable to enter the sensor in the zirconium tube for measurement.
Regarding the cleaning frequency of the filter, it is first necessary to determine whether the burning substances in the boiler will produce dust impurities. If the burning substances will not produce dust impurities, no cleaning is required. If burning substances will produce dust impurities, the dust concentration needs to be detected. If the concentration is large, the cleaning frequency will be high. If the dust concentration is small, the cleaning frequency will be low. (You can check the filter dust blockage after one month of use. If there is no blockage, you can check it after 2 months. If the blockage is not serious, you can check and clean it once every six months or a year. The specific cleaning frequency depends on the dust blockage in the chimney. Decision).

Q4:To do or not to give instructions during shutdown?
Re:Do not cut off the power of the zirconia analyzer after the furnace is shut down. After the power is turned off, the zirconia probe is in a cooling state. The increase in temperature due to rapid cooling, rapid heating, etc. may cause the zirconium tube to break. Therefore, it is best to avoid unnecessary stop and start operations.
