Q3:When installing zirconia oxygen analyzer, how are the probe insertion depth and installation angle determined?
A.Insertion Depth: Ensure that the zirconia sensing element at the tip of the probe is positioned within the central airflow zone of the pipeline; typically, the insertion depth should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the pipe's diameter.
B.Installation Angle: We recommend installing the probe horizontally with a slight downward tilt of 3–5°, installing it vertically downward, to prevent condensate from flowing back into the interior of the probe.
C.Flange Specifications: We provide standard DN50 flanges and also support custom non-standard specifications.
